Returns

ALL RETURNS EXCHANGES, AND REFUND

· Gennco International, Inc. is committed to making your Hamlin shopping experience a success.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns based on the conditions contained in this document.

· If you are returning an item for any reason the product must meet the following criteria:

     1.  Must be within 21 days from the day you purchased the item;
     2.  Item must not have been removed from its packaging, had its tags removed or have beeen used;
     3.  The item must be in perfect resalable condition in the original packaging;
     4.  The item must be listed on our website;
     5.  Item must have been shipped back to us by a Common Carrier (UPS/FedEx);
     6.  Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement;
     7.  The item must arrive back to us in an undamaged package or we will refuse to accept it and you will be required to deal with the carrier.
     8.  In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

· Returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued for products that do not meet the criteria above.  Provided your return meets the criteria above, we will:

     1.  Refund the price you paid for the watch within 14 days of the date you placed your order, but we do not refund shipping and handling charges nor do we pay the shipping fees for you to return the product to us;
     2.  After 14 days from the date you placed your order, but before 21 days from the date you placed your order, we will refund you the price you paid for the watch minus a 15% restocking fee and minus the shipping and handling costs;
     3.  After 21 days from the date you placed your order, we will not issue an exchange or refund, but will gladly repair your product in accordance with our warranty.

· Exchanges within 14 days of the date you placed your order will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you must bear the cost of the original shipping and handling fee, the cost of shipping the product back to us, and the actual cost of shipping the exchanged product back to you. 

· Orders cancelled within 24 hours will be entitled to a full refund including the cost of shipping and handling and no restocking fee will apply provided the product has not yet shipped to you.
